Sincerely, it was a comfortable stay during our holidays. Everyone was helpful and amicable. Really enjoyed the location to the cafe on the main square near the Dome. And it was also adjacent to train station and the historic downtown and very close to the train station.

We enjoyed staying here. the staff was incredibly nice and pretty friendly from arrival to departure. - the deluxe queen suite was neat, spacious, with a nice bathroom.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the train station, bus stops, tourist info center and piazza for food and shopping, the centre of Bolzano which is a beautiful place and the river. Old Town district was worth exploring.

The hotel is in an excellent location, near downtown. The property is located very close to all the restaurants and bars, as well as a cafe on the main square near the Dome. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to Via Argentieri.

Loved Bolzano, the hotel was nice down a nice quiet road close to the river. Comfortable modern rooms were facing courtyard. The location was particularly good and excellent - so close to the cafe on the main square near the Dome, all the restaurants, and the museum. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Old Town district.

Convenient location near train and bus stations. Kind landlord allowed early check-in for one hour. Room very clean with free capsule coffee, beer, and water. Great Wi-Fi. Understanding of friend's impoliteness. Important to keep clean check-out.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. the bed in the room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite the check-in hiccup, everything else turned out fine and I had an enjoyable stay.

I arrived during check-in hours, but there was no one there to assist me. The contact number I had didn't work and even the emergency number didn't provide any help.
